Welcome in our unique guesthouses! Please contact us with the contactform to make a reservation and for your questions. The buttons "Reserve..."are not working.

When you book directly, you don't have to pay admission costs.

Prices are including:

• linnen (made bed)

• free parking at 5-30 metres from the accommodation
• wireless internet (Wifi)

Options to make your holiday even more comfortable

Swedish Størvatt hot tub

Our guests of the Bird house and Swadde cottage could reserve, as an option, the hot tub. The Swedish hot tub is a so called "Størvatt", a big bath, without bubbles, with private wellness terrace. For hygiëne and privacy for guests of one accommodation at the time. For an evening (from 19.30 h) €45,-

The Bird house

Guests of the Bird house could use, as an option, the wood fired barrel sauna for €25,- for 1-4  hours at the time. Self heating €15,-

- Rent of a bathrobe and 2 wellness towels €5,-

The Swadde cottage

Guests of the Swadde cottage could use, as an option, the electric fired sauna in the cosy shepherds hut. Easy self heating €25,- for 1-4 hours at the time.

Bikerent, electric car reload 

- We rent (regular gears) ladies and men's bicycles for €5 per day per bicycle.

Electric bicycles can be rented at www. Voltwheels..nl

- Electric car slow reload possible at electricity costs.

All options could be prefably paid in cash during your stay, otherwise with paying request.

Baby on board?

At request we could place a campingbed for a baby (0-1 year) at the guesthouse.

Parking

There is free parking space for 1 or 2 cars at 5 - 30 metres from the accommodation.

Conditions

. Check in from 15.00 h,  Check out before 11.00 h

. It is not allowed to bring a pet, to smoke in the guesthouse.

. The accommodation is only for 1-2 adults and max. 1 baby, more guests are not allowed.

. It is possible to slow ! charge an electric car at the guesthouse, after request and at payment of the electricity costs.

At 25 minutes drive there is a quick charger at Hotel Van der Valk at Drachten.

Payments

. When confirming your reservation, you will be asked to transfer 30 percent of the reservation amount as a deposit.

This makes your reservation final.

. The remaining amount must be paid 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation

. If canceled up to 15 days before arrival, the (down)payment will be fully refunded.

. If canceled within 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made, whatever the reason is!

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance for this.
