Options to make your holiday even more comfortable

Sauna en hottub

In a separate part of our garden, there is a wood fired sauna and Swedish hottub (Størvatt = big bath) with private relax terrace. They could be booked for our guests of the Bird House and The Swadde Cootage. Guests of one accommodation could use them at the time, they are options as far as available.

The sauna and hottub could be bookes as an option.

. sauna for 1-2 persons afternoon (13.00 - 17.00 h) or evening (19.30-23.00 h) €25,-

. hottub for 1-2 persons evening (from 19.30 h) €35,-

. rent 2 bathrobes and 4 wellness towels €5,-

New Wellness area:

-> At this moment we build an new sauna in our cosy Shepherd's hut.

Bikerent

We rent (regular, gears) ladies and men's bicycles for €5 per day per bicycle. Electric bicycles can be rented at De Waegh in Dokkum and electric cargo bicycles can be rented at Halfords in Drachten.

Baby on board?

At request we could place a campingbed for a baby (0-1 year) at the guesthouse.

Parking

There is free parking space for 1 or 2 cars at 5 - 30 metres from the accommodation.

Conditions

. Check in from 15.00 h,  Check out before 11.00 h

. It is not allowed to bring a pet, to smoke in the guesthouse

. The accommodtions are only for 1-2 adults and max. 1 baby, no more guests allowed

. It is possible to slow charge an electric car at the guesthouse after request and at payment.

At 25 minutes drive there is a quick charger at Hotel Van der Valk at Drachten.

Payments

. When confirming your reservation, you will be asked to transfer 30 percent of the reservation amount as a deposit.

This makes your reservation final.

. The remaining amount must be paid 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation

. If canceled up to 15 days before arrival, the (down)payment will be fully refunded.

. If canceled within 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made, whatever the reason is!

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance for this.

. Our conditions and prices are only for reservations made directly by us
